Denver Still Hopeful After Game 3 Win

Wolves vs. Nuggets: Game 4 Preview

Denver Still Hopeful After Game 3 Win

Despite facing a 2-0 deficit in the series, the Denver Nuggets managed to pull off a crucial Game 3 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night. Led by strong performances from Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, they secured a 120-118 win. The victory keeps Denver's playoff hopes alive as they prepare to face Minnesota in Game 4 on Sunday.

The Nuggets' victory was hard-fought, but they were able to pull it out thanks to their efforts in the final minutes of the game. With under two minutes remaining, Jokic made a key defensive play to block a shot by Karl-Anthony Towns. Murray then followed up with a clutch three-pointer to give Denver the lead. The Timberwolves had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds, but D'Angelo Russell's three-point attempt was off the mark, sealing the win for the Nuggets.

Game 4 Preview

Game 4 of the series will take place on Sunday at the Target Center in Minneapolis. The Timberwolves will be looking to close out the series and advance to the Western Conference Finals, while the Nuggets will be fighting to keep their season alive. Denver will need to continue to play with the same intensity and determination that they showed in Game 3, and they will need to find a way to contain Towns and Russell, who have been key players for Minnesota throughout the series. The Nuggets must also shoot the ball better from three-point range, as they have struggled in that area in the first three games of the series.
